▲ 국제청소년연합(IYF) 설립자인 박옥수(기쁜소식 강남교회 담임) 목사가 인도 뗄랑가나 안드라프라데시 주 경제연합회(FTAPCCI) g회원인 기업 사장단을 대상으로 동시 통역을 통해 '마인드 강연'을 하고 있다. / 사진제공 = 국제청소년연합 © 신석진 기자 ▲ 인도 '뗄랑가나 안드라프라데시 주 경제연합회(FTAPCCI)'가 발행한 "경제인 매거진"에 게재된 기사. / 자료제공 = 국제청소년연합 © 신석진 기자 국제청소년연합(IYF) 설립자인 박옥수(기쁜소식 강남교회 담임) 목사가 인도 상공부장관의 초청을 받아 뗄랑가나 안드라프라데시 주 경제연합회(FTAPCCI) 소속 기업 사장단을 대상으로 실시한 마인드 강연이 현지 ‘경제인 매거진’에 보도되면서 화제를 모으고 있다. 이번 강연은 IYF가 세계 곳곳에 해외봉사단을 파견해 국위를 선양하며 현지 NGO 활동을 지원하는 봉사활동을 실시하고 있는 것에 감명을 받은 FTAPCCI 임원진들이 후원회 미팅 및 오리엔테이션 후속 절차 일환으로 박 목사 방문 일정에 맞춰 진행돼 각별한 의미를 담아냈다. IYF 설립자인 박옥수 목사는 인도 기업인 50여명을 대상으로 '마인드 교육을 통한 성공적인 기업운영'이라는 주제로 진행한 강연을 통해 "사람들은 외형적인 것에 관심을 갖고 자신의 키와 혈액형‧나이 등은 잘 알고 있지만 마음의 세계에 대해서는 너무 모르기 때문에 거기에서 많은 문제가 발생한다"고 지적했다. 박 목사는 이어 "신장이식 및 혈관이식도 할 수 있는데 마음은 어떻게 하면 바꿀 수 있는지 몰라 부부가 평생 불행하게 사는 경우가 너무 많고 아버지와 아들은 가장 가까운 사이인데 불구하고 父子간의 관계가 좋은 경우는 많지 않다"며 "마음의 세계 중요성"을 강조하고 나섰다. 또, 박 목사는 "사고가 깊지 못해 일어나는 사회적 문제들과 사고력을 빼앗아가는 현대문명‧78:22 유대인의 경제법칙‧부부간 갈등의 원인과 자녀 교육" 등에 따른 이야기보따리를 풀어냈다. 또한 "약한 두부가 쉽게 깨어지듯 약한 마음은 어려움을 이기지 못하지만 어려움을 극복하며 형성된 강한 마인드는 업무 뿐 아니라 삶에서도 행복하고 발전된 삶을 살게 하는 밑거름이 된다"고 설명했다. 박 목사는 특히 "물고기를 잡으려면 물고기가 다니는 물의 흐름을 알아야 하듯 유대인은 돈의 흐름을 정확히 알아서 돈을 벌었다"고 강조한 뒤 "성경은 사람 마음의 흐름에 대해 정확히 기록해 놓았다"며 힌두‧무슬림‧기독교 등의 종교를 믿고 있는 기업인들에게 자연스럽게 종교적 관점인 마음의 세계를 풀어내 박수갈채를 받았다. 끝으로, 박 목사는 "직원들에게 실용적인 문제 해결과 마음의 흐름의 방향에 대한 지식의 적용은 마인드 교육을 통해 성취 될 수 있을 것"이라고 확신한 뒤 "IYF는 FTAPCCI 함께 직원들의 마음과 마음을 사로잡을 수 있도록 최선을 다해 돕겠다"고 약속해 호평을 받기도 했다. 한편, FTAPCCI(상공회의소) 청소년문제위원회 위원장인 Mr.C.V. Anirudh Rao 위원장은 마인드 강연에 앞서 FTAPCCI 여러 교육 기관과 긴밀히 협력하고 있는 등 다양한 조사 및 연구를 위해 정부 및 학술기관 간의 다리 역할을 하고 있는 소개에 이어 활동 사항을 설명한 뒤 "인도 젊은 세대에게 혜택을 주는 더 많은 행사를 조직하기 위해 국제청소년연합(IYF)과 빠른 시간 안에 MOU를 체결해 긴밀히 협력하기를 희망한다"고 요청했다. 또, FTAPCCI의 HR & IR 위원회 공동위원장인 Gopal Garg는 "교육은 '지식적인 준비'며 실제 작업 영역과는 거리가 멀지만 마음의 훈련은 주어진 작업이나 일을 적절하게 수행하기 위해 사람이 요구하는 태도‧지식‧기술 패턴을 체계적으로 개발하는 것이고 발달은 능력 개발‧이해 및 인식 측면에서 개인의 성장이 될 것이라고 확신한다"고 덧붙였다. FTAPCCI는 훈련 프로그램을 조직해 인간관계와 산업관계 발전을 위해 공동의 노력을 기울이고 있다. ☞ 인도 '뗄랑가나 안드라프라데시 주 경제연합회'가 발행한 "경제인 매거진"기사 전문 Lecture Meet on "Achieving Success and Prosperity through Mind Education" FTAPCCI in association with International Youth Fellowship organized a Lecture Meet on “Achieving Success and Prosperity through Mind Education” on 10th December, 2016 at FTAPCCI Auditorium, Federation House, Hyderabad. Mr.C.V. Anirudh Rao, Chairman, Youth Affairs Committee, FTAPCCI briefed about FTAPCCI and its activities. He mentioned that FTAPCCI is working closely with several educational institutions and the Chamber is acting as a bridge between Government & academic institutions for various surveys & research. FTAPCCI has constituted the Youth Affairs Committee to take up promotional and empowerment activities for overall development of youth. He stated that FTAPCCI is keen to associate with International Youth Fellowship for organizing more events that benefits the young generation. Mr.Gopal Garg, Co-Chairman, HR & IR Committee, FTAPCCI said that education is ‘mind preparation’ and is carried out remote from the actual work area. Training is the systematic development of the attitude, knowledge, skill pattern required by a person to perform a given task or job adequately and development is the growth of the individual in terms of ability, understanding and awareness. FTAPCCI is making concerted efforts for the development of human and industrial relations by organizing training programs. Dr.Ock Soo Park, Founder, International Youth Fellowship spoke about the flow of the heart and emphasized the need for the mind education. He also shared his memorable experiences of countries that he visited. He mentioned that Indians are considered as the most intelligent people in the whole world. The International Youth Fellowship (IYF) in association with the International Mind Education Institute (IMEI) provides a means of penetrating the minds and hearts of employees allowing them to unite with the heart of the company. It also allows the perfect means for maintaining a continual measure on the pulse and flow of the hearts of Company employees. This application of the knowledge of the direction of the flow of the mind in practical problem solving and direct development is what will be achieved through the Mind Education. Mr.Young Min Jung, Director, International Youth Fellowship and Mr. Hyeonyong Choi, Director, International Youth Fellowship Nagaland addressed the participants.
